Freiberger Certified ISO 14001 Freiberger Compound Materials GmBH, a leading manufacturer of GaAs wafers has won the ISO 14001 approval for its environmental management system. A special task force of 10 employees from manufacturing, R&D and administration designed the management system and implemented it throughout the organisation. Freiberger is one of the few manufacturers of substrate materials who have been successfully audited for both ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
