Freiberger Compound Materials halts production of 2" GaAs wafers Freiberger Compound Materials have decided to cease production of their 2" GaAs wafers. Groupe Arnaud Electronics will take over the supply from their present supplier, Atomergic Chemicals, and will supply 2" LEC and HB grown GaAs. Atomergic Chemicals also produce GaAs MLEC, GaP, GaSb, InP, InAs, InSb and Beryllium MBE.
