Groupe Arnaud Electronics launches extremely pure MBE silicon dopant Groupe Arnaud Electronic has launched an extremely pure MBE Silicon dopant. The dopant is a very high resistivity silicon (intrinsic) without Carbon and Oxygen. The dopant is available in 4g cubes (1.2cm side size), individually packed in a plastic film under vacuum. Custom sizes are also available.
